📜 Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using neurotainment.in ("Neurotainment", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

2. What Neurotainment is

Neurotainment offers free games, quizzes and stories about business, startups and markets, for learning and entertainment only.

3. Not professional advice

• Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal, tax or business advice.
• Pitch Panchayat scores come from simple automated rules, not real investors. The "offers" are fictional and are not real funding.
• Mandi Master prices and events are made up for the game and are not real market rates.
• Please consult a qualified professional before making real business or money decisions.

4. Startup Graveyard stories

Startup stories are simplified summaries of public news reports, and each one lists its sources. We work to keep them accurate, but they may contain errors or become outdated. Where a matter is still under investigation, we describe claims as allegations, not proven facts. Neurotainment is not connected to, or endorsed by, any company mentioned. If you spot a mistake, email Techgiz310@gmail.com and we will review and correct it.

5. Fair use of the website

Please don't try to hack, overload or disrupt the website, and don't copy or republish its games or content as your own. Sharing links and your results is always welcome.

6. Ownership

The games, text, design and logo of Neurotainment belong to Neurotainment. Company names and trademarks mentioned in our stories belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

7. No guarantees

The website is provided "as is". We may change, pause or remove any feature at any time, and we don't guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Neurotainment is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
